Chapter Leadership

Charles L.P. Jackson serves as Vice President of 100 Black Men of Syracuse, Inc. and is an administrator and community leader with more than 35 years of experience in youth advocacy, higher-education access, and program management. He is the Project RISE and RESET Navigator Coordinator at On Point for College, where he builds networks and ecosystems that strengthen community. Charles also serves as Board President of the Community Folk Art Center and as an Independent Redistricting Commissioner. A dedicated advocate for systemic equity, he has engaged in coalition building and civil rights work with the NAACP and National Action Network, and he continues to mentor student-athletes as a basketball development coach.
