Next Series of Free SAT Prep Classes Begins Jan. 30

Just three weeks after the 100 Black Men of Syracuse begins a new semester of its academic enrichment program – Saturday Academy – on Jan. 9, 2016, the 100’s partnership with Syracuse University and Say Yes to Education will relaunch another round of free, SAT exam preparation classes on Jan. 30, 2016.

Students who attend the classes will take proctored practice tests, learn test-taking strategies and review SAT content in math, writing and critical reading. Students will also receive free breakfast and lunch. Session 2 (the first session was held in the fall) will consist of five weekly classes on consecutive Saturdays and be held from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Syracuse University’s Bowne Hall through Feb. 27. The final five-week session will be held:

  • Session 3: April 2, 2016 – April 30, 2016
